Studies on Biochemical Results of HBsAg and Anti-HBs Positive Reactors

Abstract
Distribution patterns of 3 biochemical tests (AST, ALT and r -GT) are analysed in HBsAg and anti-HBs positive rates among 373 office workers and the evaluated results by biochemical automatic analyser(Olympus-560) and RPHA method are as follows = :1. Among 373 office workers tested, the abnormal rate to AST was 2815%(105 persons).
2. Among 373 tested, the abnormal rate to ALT was 13.67%(51 persons).
3. Among 373 tested, the abnormal rate to r -GT was 18.77%(70 persons).
. 4. Among .373 tested,-the positive rate to HBsAg was 61.17%(23 persons).
5. Among 373 tested, the positive rate to anti-HBs was 53.89%(201 persons).
6. 32 mixed abnormal persons tested, the positive rate to HBsAg of AST, ALT and . -GT were 15.89%(201.,. persons).
7. 32 . mixed abnormal persons tested, the positive rate to anti-HBs of AST, ALT and 7 -GT were 37.5%(12 persons)..
8. Among 105 AST abnormal persons tested, the positive rate to HBsAg was 13.33%(14 persons).
9. Among 105 AST abnormal persons tested, the positive rate to anti-HBs was 42.86%(45 persons).
10. Among 51 ALT abnormal persons tested, the positive rate to HBsAg was 1.88%(7 persons).
11. Among 51 ALT abnormal persons tested, the positive rate to anti-HBs was 7.77%(29 persons).
12. Among 70 Y -GT abnormal persons tested, the positive rate to HBsAg was 12,86%(9 persons).
13. Among 70 r -GT abnormal persons tested; the positive rate to anti-HBs was 50.00%( persons).
